In a one-on-one home consultation, Chantal will walk you through every room in your home and will provide a written assessment on all elements that need to be addressed to showcase your home. She has the training, skills, and resources available to execute on all her recommendations.Once the Consultation is complete you can choose to have Chantal quote to
prepare your home for sale. You can choose to use as much or little of her
services to prepare your home for sale – she’s flexible and loves when her
homeowner chooses to stay involved! Here are some of the services that
fall under the Staging/Destaging umbrella. Assist homeowner in packing / decluttering
A professional Home Stager can immediately identify what needs to be removed from the house. Typically the client provides the packing materials and we can include packing services in our quote to you.
Referrals to (as needed):
painters, contractors, garbage removal, storage companies, house cleaners, window cleaners, etc.
Furniture & Accessory Rental (delivery, placement, and pickup)
Chantal has a wonderful collection of artwork, accessories, rugs, small furniture pieces, floral arrangements and artificial trees/plants to ensure your house has the ‘showhome’ feeling while remaining neutral to appeal to as many potential buyers as possible. If Chantal identifies larger pieces of furniture are required (bedroom sets, sofas, etc) she has relationships with reputable furniture rental companies and can assist you in choosing the appropriate pieces for your home.
