The first step to Staging your home is an initial consultation with your ASPTM (Accredited Staging Professional).

In a one-on-one home consultation, Chantal will walk you through every room in your home and will provide a written assessment on all elements that need to be addressed to showcase your home. She has the training, skills, and resources available to execute on all her recommendations.

At-Home Consultation fees are listed below. Chantal does not put a formal time-cap on her consultations. Typically it takes 2-4 hours but Chantal will answer any and all questions you have, outline the process for you in a slide-show presentation. She will ensure you are fully informed and comfortable before deciding to go ahead with Staging.

The second step is entirely up to you. If you feel confident that you can and want to execute on all of Chantal’s recommendations your final written assessment is all you need.
